takes too long to upload file to edit. i don't think i will be continuing after this.

I will never use this product again it was a laggy disastrous mess and was unable to do the simple thing of signing and dating a document.

There used to be a way to set my favorite colors, but now it seems that feature is gone. Without this feature, I have to manually set the color (meaning typing or pasting the hex code) EVERY time I have to switch. My task requires me to switch between specific colors frequently. The lack of customized preset/favorite colors makes this app unusable for me.

A customer requested a simple pagination feature that allows users to automatically insert page numbers immediately after creating a bundled or merged PDF document. The customer noted that other platforms make pagination very quick and straightforward, requiring only an upload before page numbers are applied automatically. They emphasized that this functionality would be especially valuable for lawyers and business users who frequently work with large document bundles and require efficient document organization. The customer believes adding an easy one-click pagination option, even as a paid feature, would significantly improve Lumin’s usability and attractiveness for professional workflows while reducing reliance on external tools.

I found some parts of the interface difficult to use without a mouse. It would be helpful to have an auto-formatted fill-in feature so I don't need to drag the boxes around myself. This would make the interface more user-friendly and accessible.

A non-logged in user could have limited permissions to limit security risks. I think this is a preferred workflow actually, without evenn considering security concerns, as I wouldn't want to bog down my clients with lots of extra UI, and don't need them to make any other edits to a PDF. I just want to be able to send them a PDF for review and the only functionality they need is to be able to add inline comments to leave me feedback. I understand logging in isn't so hard, but still, it's an extra step, an extra account, plus email verification is always annoying lol. I just want it to be as easy as possible for them to look at a design and leave feedback. Oh, and it should definitely work on mobile :) I've found multiple almost-solutions that just don't even work on a phone without downloading an app (again, another extra step they shouldn't have to bother with) and there are so many folks that don't even own a desktop computer or laptop anymore. Honestly, the only solution for my use case I've found so far is DocuSign, which I already use for signature collecting. I actually can't believe they have an unauthenticated commenting feature built-in, after I spent days looking at other software without checking something I already use lol. Even so, I would still consider switching to Lumin for both PDF sharing and signatures if this unauthenticated commenting feature were ever added, as the price would end up being a little lower than DocuSign and your UI looks nicer :)

I've only just started using this app. It's my favorite I've found so far in term of ease of use. There is one major hiccup, which is kind of a deal breaker for me. It only scrolls down through the document. I need to be able to swipe through mine like a book. I'm honestly surprised that it isn't an option, as it is on most notetaking pdf apps. Let me know if that gets added and I will gladly switch to this app.

When I download a PDF that I've been working on - it's a long application with fillable fields - all my inputs are in a weird font. I just want a normal sans serif font. But the AI helper says I would have to change the font on every single individual field, which seems crazy. Can I change the font on a global level?

I am trying to edit a pdf by inserting some page breaks into my document so it prints correctly. Your edit function only has inserting an entire blank page.

The suggestion I would make is that you consider modifying the toolbar and make it customizable for different Industries.
