I started using Lumin because I did not like the changes that Adobe was making to adobe acrobat.

I liked your program better, however, I was getting too many glitches. Despite the team (I believe I mostly spoke to Princess) being amazing at getting back to my submitted help requests, it slowed me down too much.

I do not own a business where I need to get documents signed and everything else that comes with businesses. However, since I am a student, I do need a program like this for my studies. I tried using the AI with lumin, but it never worked as my files were too large and exceeded the limit.

On top of that, the pricing is just too much for me. When I saw that I had paid $150 for Nov and another $150 for Oct, I was surprised. Acrobat Studio is $25/month.
