It prevent me to look into the pdf that I click on internet saying that there is something wrong with my connection, but when i use different account (without lumin), i can see the pdf perfectly fine.

You can print the document once you remove the password protection from it.
Unlock the document, take the steps to print the document, and then lock it again with a password if needed.
